CPR is a combination of chest compressions and rescue breaths. It's recommended for all ages, but especially for children and infants who are more likely to have respiratory emergencies. You can learn CPR through hands-on training or online courses. Hands-on training involves practicing on manikins to mimic emergency situations.

Take some time to learn first aid and CPR.

It saves lives, and it works.”
